Parent Communication

We want to be in close communication with parents and celebrate those funny and sweet moments that happen throughout the day with them. We use the ProCare app to communicate non-critical information so you're always in the loop. It's also an easy way for you to ask questions or give the center information about your children.

Our favorite part of drop-off is to greet your child! We like to directly touch base at every drop-off to make sure we're connecting with parents. This is a great time to let us know how your child is feeling or any fun family news about the prior day(s).

Pick-ups are also a great time to connect with parents. We'll share anecdotes from the day and it's often a sweet time where they say goodbye to friends for the day.

Payments

Payments are made weekly at the end of each week for the care provided. These payments can be made in the form of cash, check made out to the Whitney Point Preschool and Daycare, or through automated payment using the ProCare app.

Parent's Handbook

 A parent handbook is provided at the start of a child's care at the center. This helps to ensure families are informed of policies and information pertaining to care. Please contact your child's teacher if you need a copy.
